45 Westbourne Terrace is a Grade II listed townhouse in Bayswater. We advised the client on a range of internal and external alterations to the building, suggesting modifications to the proposals and identifying opportunities for upgrading fabric without harming the significance of the building. Listed building consent and planning permission were secured, despite the client initially receiving advice from the local planning authority that a rear extension would not be acceptable. We were able to guide the client through the planning process and help them to achieve their requirements.
